As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I support individuals and couples navigating anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, and relationship challenges. I take a relational, evidence-based approach that draws from IFS, ACT, and emotion-focused frameworks to help clients reconnect with their values and feel more grounded in themselves. I’m especially passionate about working with high-achievers and those who feel pressure to have it all together, offering a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and create lasting change.
